A new school year has begun for Casa de Sara (School year in Bolivia begins in February 1st). This year we have taken on 25 more students and two new employees! We are growing and altering our school curriculum to include both traditional and Montessori education. Our 2006 school year will include many planned field trips, a new playground, our continued breakfast and snack program, vitamins and health care for the children, participation in local parades and events, and more. We are also working to provide after school programs throughout year and continue to work toward our goal to build our new school.

Now more than ever we need you! Our children have a school and health care is provided to the community. One of our Sarita's is studying computers with a scholarship from Casa de Sara and our health care education program is in demand in more and more high schools. We have also provided jobs to the community! None of this would be possible without your generosity. We ask for your continued support in order to meet the demanding needs of our children. Once again, thank you for your contributions.
